Michelle Green joined JDSA in 2007.  Michelle grew up in Cashmere, Washington and returned to practice in the Wenatchee Valley after completing law school at Seattle University School of Law.  During law school, Michelle acquired work experience in the public sector, learning litigation skills as an extern at the King County Prosecutor's Office and gaining technical knowledge in the field of land use regulation as an extern with the Seattle City Attorney's Office - Land Use Section.  Michelle practices primarily in real estate, land use, and civil litigation.  Her litigation practice includes land use appeals, lien foreclosures and construction litigation, enforcement of creditors’ rights and remedies, commercial disputes, and all types of real estate litigation.  Her transactional work involves the negotiation and documentation of purchases, sales, leases, financing, and development of residential and commercial real property.

Outside of practicing law, Michelle enjoys extended backpacking trips in the Cascades, skiing at Mission Ridge, and playing indoor soccer. She continues to work on her golf game, which is teaching her patience.
