JDSA Congratulates Pat Aylward
JDSA Law attorney Patrick Aylward completed certification of the Northwest Institute for Dispute Resolution’s Basic Civil Mediation at the University of Idaho College of Law. As part of his practice, Aylward has been mediating civil litigation cases since 2012.
Aylward’s 40 plus years of civil litigation experience set the forefront for his mediation practice. Areas of law which he mediates are Real Estate, Construction Disputes, Business Contracts and Business Dissolution.
Legal mediation, a form of alternative dispute resolution, uses a neutral third-party to help litigants come to an understanding and facilitate negotiations between the parties. Mediation saves time and expense in further litigation by settling a lawsuit early in the dispute.
The Northwest Institute for Dispute Resolution, established by the University of Idaho College of Law in 1997, creates a training resource for the growing demand in high-quality dispute resolution.
