Taxation

The Tax Practice Group at JDSA provides estate planning, tax planning and advice to clients on federal, state, and local tax matters, including assistance with tax rulings, tax audits and appeals to tax agencies and the courts. A number of attorneys in our firm have post law school LLM tax degrees. We work closely with clients and their accountants to reduce taxes associated with business activities and significant transactions, as well as in the areas of tax review, compliance, reporting and controversy.
