Brian C. Huber has been licensed to practice law since 1994. He joined Jeffers, Danielson, Sonn & Aylward in 1997 and was named the firm’s Managing Partner in 2019. His practice involves a wide range of legal matters, including civil litigation, employment, agricultural law, municipal law and real estate. He has represented clients in state superior courts, federal district courts, bankruptcy courts, tribal court, the Washington State Court of Appeals and the Washington Supreme Court.
He also has experience representing clients in administrative hearings and various types of appeals. He has successfully handled class action lawsuits on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. While many of our attorneys choose to emphasize a particular area of legal practice, Mr. Huber prefers to practice in a variety of areas of law and believes this wide range of experience is helpful in providing full service to clients whose needs can often be diverse.

Personal Activities/Hobbies
Brian enjoys spending time boating on the Columbia River with his family. He enjoys competing on reining horses which he raises and trains at the family ranch.
