JDSA attorneys provide day-to-day advice on nearly all aspects of employment and labor law, including employment policies, agreements, benefits, employee and supervisor training, internal investigations, disability accommodations, family and medical leave, wage and hour issues, reductions in force, unlawful discrimination, and employee performance, discipline, and termination issues. We litigate employment and labor law issues on behalf of employers before administrative agencies and in court. We also train supervisors and employees on behalf of our employer-clients with respect to company policies, including the prevention of unlawful discrimination.
