Kellen Norwood is an associate attorney with Jeffers, Danielson, Sonn & Aylward. A native to Portland, Oregon, he joined JDSA Law in 2018 after completing his Juris Doctor (JD) degree at the Lewis and Clark Law School in 2012. Prior to joining JDSA, Kellen practiced law in Oregon with an emphasis in Employment and Labor Law.
In his practice, Kellen represents clients in the entire range of employee relations law ranging from policy development, performance management and discipline, and, when necessary, litigation. He takes a comprehensive view on all aspects of the employment relationship with a constant focus on managing risk in pursuit of his clients' business objectives. Kellen is consistent, collaborative, and thorough. He works hard to help his client achieve their objectives and seeks to find creative solutions to his client’s challenges. His depth of experience within labor and employment law is a strength recognized by his clients and colleagues.
Kellen is committed to his JDSA Law practice, is community-minded, and enjoys outdoor adventure. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Chelan-Douglas County Bar Association.
