Lindsey Weidenbach is a Principal with Jeffers, Danielson, Sonn & Aylward. A native of Cashmere, Washington, she joined JDSA Law in 2011 after completing her Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Gonzaga University and receiving her Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation at the University of Washington. Lindsey is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar Association. Her primary areas of practice are tax law and 1031 exchanges, business and corporate law, as well as working with agriculture, highly regulated industries, and estate planning.
Lindsey’s satisfaction in her law practice comes from being a part of her clients’ business, adding value, and working as a part of the team to streamline their business strategy. As a long-time resident, she sees great value in helping local people grow their businesses. Being able to practice law in an area where she has always enjoyed skiing, running, hiking and spending time on the river is equally rewarding.
In her practice, Lindsey is known for being strong in her convictions. Lindsey has a keen ability to get to the root of each client’s issue and then structuring a deal to best meet the client’s goals. Her clients know she is confident in her guidance.
Lindsey is committed to her JDSA Law practice and her community. She helped build the business model for the Pybus Public Market and is on the board of directors of the Pybus Public Market and the Pybus Market Charitable Foundation. Lindsey is a past recipient of the North Central Washington Volunteer of the Year for Annie’s Fun, a Washington State nonprofit, and was selected a 2014 Wenatchee World 30 Under 35 recipient.
