JDSA Welcomes Joseph Ridgeway

As our newest associate, Joseph Ridgeway, has joined the team of attorneys at JDSA Law. Joe is a native of Vashon Island, Washington and obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from William & Mary Law School in Virginia after graduating from Central Washington University magna cum laude.

During law school, Joe served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Lawrence R. Leonard of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, was the Executive Editor for the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, and volunteered for the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project.

After law school, Joe clerked for the Honorable Robert S. Ballou in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, where he drafted judicial orders and opinions, researched cutting-edge legal issues, and gained valuable insight into the judicial process. He then practiced law in downtown Seattle, where he litigated cases before joining JDSA in 2019.

Joe is a litigator, and his passion for oral and written advocacy allows him to obtain the best results for his clients. Joe focuses his litigation practice on commercial disputes, real estate law, and employment and labor law. Joe conducts himself professionally, ethically, and courteously, while never forgetting to work hard for who matters most: the client.

Joe is an avid golfer and enjoys playing Washington’s many beautiful courses. Joe has a passion for German sports cars, and he enjoys driving them both on the track and on great country roads. When not playing golf or scouring the internet for cars, Joe enjoys watching sports, hiking, riding motorcycles and spending time with family and friends.

Please join us in welcoming Joe to our team of attorneys.
