Sally F. White is an associate attorney at Jeffers, Danielson, Sonn & Aylward, P.S., where she practices complex commercial litigation, consumer class actions, and intellectual property law in state and federal court and administrative proceedings. Sally represents a diverse array of clients, ranging from multinational corporations to small businesses and individuals. Representative matters include actions for trademark infringement and unfair competition, claims for unfair business practices pursuant to state consumer protection acts, employment law matters (including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, and wrongful termination), actions brought under Washington’s Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act, and breach of contract claims. She also advises clients on how best to protect their brands via selection, registration, and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights.
Sally joined JDSA in August 2015, after practicing as an attorney at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in San Francisco, California, where she represented predominantly pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in high stakes product liability and consumer fraud actions, and large employers in employment litigation in state and federal courts around the country. She also represented an inmate pro bono in post-conviction death penalty proceedings in Texas.
While in law school, Sally was a judicial extern for the Hon. William Alsup of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and served on her law school’s Moot Court Board and Law Review staff. Sally graduated with a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and with a B.A., cum laude, from Gonzaga University.
