Starleigh K. Smith

Starleigh's legal practice is focused on serving her client's needs throughout the litigation process.

Starleigh began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Jacksonville, FL where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony crimes. During her time as a prosecutor, she tried numerous cases in front of a jury and engaged in all other aspects of the litigation process such as negotiating with opposing counsel, taking/defending depositions, and arguing in motion hearings.

Starleigh's litigation experience helps her to understand how to help clients through all aspects of a case from inception to final judgment. She works with clients to make sure that their position is advanced in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

Starleigh grew up in western Washington and spent summers camping at Lake Chelan. After spending nearly 15 years in Florida, she and her husband decided it was time to return to Washington to raise their children in the Wenatchee Valley.

While not practicing law, Starleigh enjoys reading, exercising, hiking and spending time with her family.
