Sally F. White, Partner
Sally practices intellectual property law, complex commercial litigation, and consumer class actions. Sally assists clients – ranging from individuals and small businesses to multinational organizations – in the selection, protection, and enforcement of their trademarks, service marks, and certification marks. She is experienced in food labeling matters, acting as outside general counsel for a large gluten-free food certification organization. Sally also handles a variety of unfair competition and unfair business practices claims, and state consumer protection act claims. In her spare time, Sally enjoys travelling, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband, 3 year old daughter, and 9 month old son.
