Biography
Adam is a skilled and dedicated attorney with extensive experience in business and commercial law, real estate, land use, agri-business, and closely held businesses. Adam assists companies at every stage of their existence, from the formation and early stages of startup, through operational growth and development, and ultimately to the sale and transition through thoughtful succession planning. Adam is pragmatic and is committed to understanding his clients’ businesses, objectives, and industries to help them accomplish their goals in an efficient manner and is dedicated to getting outstanding results for his clients with a collaborative approach.
Adam is an avid international traveler, rock climber, and snowboarder and in his free time can be found in the more remote areas of beautiful Central Washington.
