Biography

Adam's legal practice primarily involves real estate, land use, agri-business, and general business matters. Adam helps clients with their commercial transactions, succession planning and corporate governance. Adam's prior experiences working with government agencies and nonprofit organizations gives Adam unique insight into navigating situations subject to regulation and the unique legal environment facing nonprofits.

Adam is pragmatic and is committed to understanding his clients' businesses, objectives, and industries to help them accomplish their goals in an efficient manner. Adam is driven by genuine concern for each of his clients and spending time with clients at their businesses helps Adam understand their goals, needs, and challenges.

Adam is an avid international traveler, rock climber, and snowboarder and in his free time can be found in the more remote areas of beautiful Central Washington.
