JDSA Law provided support to the Washington Veterans Will Clinic for the fifth consecutive year.
The annual event was held in Wenatchee on October 28. As a free legal service, the clinic assisted veterans who need to update their wills. This effort is championed by Jordan Miller, a partner at JDSA Law.
This year, the Will Clinic had an amazing turnout, and coincided with “Make a Difference Day”. Nine local attorneys and seven members of JDSA’s community relations team volunteered by assisting veterans and their spouses with free estate planning documents.
“We had over 50 clients come in, our second highest turnout in the 4 years that the Clinic has been operating. That will make Wenatchee the number one Clinic in terms of number of veterans serviced this year as compared to the two clinics in Seattle and one in Spokane. I look forward to this event every year to support our veterans and am thankful to all of the volunteers in the community that make this event successful. It is an honor and privilege to give back to those who have sacrificed so much in service of our country.”
