JDSA Welcomes Courtney Mahon!

JDSA would like to introduce our newest associate attorney, Courtney G. Mahon. Courtney was born in Seattle, but moved to Wenatchee at a young age and was raised in the Wenatchee Valley. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2017 with a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Sociology, and immediately went to law school at Seattle University. After finishing law school in Seattle in early 2020, she moved back to Wenatchee to begin her career at JDSA Law.

During law school, Courtney worked in a variety of different areas to further her legal knowledge. She worked as a summer associate at JDSA, she volunteered at Chelan/Douglas County Volunteer Attorney Services, she helped draft Protection Orders for the King County Protection Order Advocacy Program, and she performed legal research for the Counsel for Defense of Chelan County. Her vast background of working with an array of different issues and types of law has provided her the valuable skill set to adapt to new and challenging matters.

Courtney’s approach to each case is demonstrated in her capability and willingness to help individuals when they need it. She is committed to understanding her client’s needs and objectives, consistently showing her determination to obtain the clients goals.

When not practicing law, Courtney enjoys participating in outdoor activities. She enjoys hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, camping, boating, and horseback riding. She also enjoys reading books, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
